Preheat the oven to 180°
In a large bowl mix sift flour, starch, Violet flour and backing powder; blend the whole sugar and pour it into a bowl with flours. Add the vanilla bourbon and mix with a hand whisk to mix the ingredients.
In another bowl pour the oil rice and the milk rice, mix them and then pour into the flour bowl, continuing to mix with the whisk until you get a smooth dough.
Split the obtained dough into muffin cups, fill them up to half.
Bake for about 25 minutes, finish cooking with heat from below for another 10 minutes.
Take out, let it cool, then extract the muffins from the muffin cups and sprinkle with acai berry powder or a little powdered sugar.
