DIRECTIONS:
In a pot, boil the rice in a salted broth of meat or vegetables. Cook for about 15’ checking the texture at will.
Add two tablespoons olive oil in a non-stick pan and brown the onion; add to drained rice, 200 g of Gorgonzola cheese and stir as one likes for a few minutes creaming with Parmesan cheese.
