Quick-cooking Orange rice is the perfect ingredient for a healthy and balanced diet. A naturally coloured, aromatic and whole grain rice.

Thanks to the short cooking-time, it is able to meet the needs of those who have little time available, but does not want to give up the quality of a home-made meal. It is cultivated with passion in the Azienda Agricola Eleonora Bertolone between Quinto Vercellese and Collobiano. Husking, parboiling and packaging of the finished product take place in an area of few kilometres near the farmhouse. A farm to fork rice characterized by a very short supply chain: the holder of variety and the responsible for keeping the seeds are all and one: Eleonora!

Thanks to its incredible flavouring and texture, quick-cooking Orange rice is ideal for serving as a side dish with meat or fish, and it can be used to make tasty dishes and salads with vegetables.
