The Orange rice flour gives color and lightness to many culinary preparations: both sweet and salty.  If you try it in your recipes, you will not stop using it!

The organoleptic sensation will be that of a whole rice flavour.

Orange Nori rice flour is obtained by a stoneground process, an old-time process which maintain intact the organoleptic properties of this very particular flour. Its lightness, aroma, and obviously colour, is due to the fibers and pigments naturally contained in the husk of the Orange Nori rice.

In pastry it can be used pure or mixed; in salty and leavened preparations, such us pizza, bread, focaccia and breadsticks it is better to use it in percentages from 10% to 25%. It can be added in higher percentages for example in fruit cakes and pasta.
